Password error message?

If you're seeing the following message when you come to unlock your software, its possible that you're entering an incorrect password or have forgotten your shinywhitebox store password.

You can have your password reset by:

    1. Attempting to login using your existing email address / password combination on our homepage or here.

    1. When the system sees an incorrect password, it'll give you the opportunity to have it reset:

  1. Click on the link we've pointed to above, and a password reset request will be sent to that email address.  The password won't be changed until you receive and act on that request.
