How to Delete Preferences in iShowU HD

Reset your preferences by deleting the following:

  1. Quit iShowU HD first (if it's running)
  2. Delete /Users/<you>/Library/Preferences/com.shinywhitebox.iShowUHD.plist
  3. Delete /Users/<you>/Library/Application Support/iShowU HD/iShowUHD.xml
  4. Restart iShowU HD.

If it is still giving you the error message please submit a support request
