In order to simplify systems at shinhywhitebox, we're consolidating our payment providers. Effective early 2024, we are changing the payment provider for SWB Audio App from Stripe to Paddle.
Because we don't store any of your credit card details, this means you need to re-subscribe.
Am I affected?
Only existing SWB Audio App customers who purchased before the cutover (Jan 2024) after affected.
If you want to check, you can do that on your account page. Go to the 'Subscriptions' tab, which will tell you if you're using Stripe or Paddle. If you're using Stripe it'll also show a button saying "Switch to Paddle" on your subscription line.
What happens if I do nothing?
- Your subscription will automatically stop at the end of your current billing period [1].
- SWB Audio App will automatically stop working at the end of your current billing period.
- To see your current subscription (including billing end) go to your account.
What should I do?
Re-subscribe to receive a 15% discount as a "thank you"!
- To continue using SWB Audio App, you need to resubscribe.
- Note: You should do this via the personalized link that was sent to you in email (or from your account page), because this will provide you a discount at time of subscription!
- Alternatively: Login to your account here. Go to your 'Subscriptions' page and click the 'Switch to Paddle' button.
- If you want to halt or cancel your subscription, no action is required. Your existing subscription will be automatically canceled at the end of its current billing cycle, and will not renew.
