Unlocking Advanced Features

If you purchased iShowU Instant + Advanced Features from our website, you would have been sent another license code.  This code is used to unlock Advanced Features in the app, in almost exactly the same way as normal license activation.

To unlock Advanced Features, you will need:

  1. An already licensed and unlocked iShowU Instant
  2. An "iShowU Advanced Features" license
  3. Your email address :)

 

Need your keys?  Get them from our Lost Key page.

 

Note on firewalls: Some users have reported that they cannot unlock unless they open their firewall. If you have problems, please check your firewall settings.  Consider opening it temporarily for the unlock if necessary, then re-enable it.

 

Steps

  1. Start iShowU Instant. Note: you need to have a licensed version of the app for the menu in the next step to be visible.
  2. Choose "Activate Advanced Features" from the iShowU Instant menu:

  3. Enter your email address, and then the iShowU Instant Advanced Features license code that you received via email.

    note: the email and code above should be yours. The ones in the pics are just there as an example. Don't try to type them in! Copy/Paste from your own license email.

  4. That's it! You're done.

Using a Coupon Code (the old way, only here for posterity)

If you purchased iShowU Instant + Advanced Features from our website, you would have been sent a coupon code when you purchased.  This coupon code lets you unlock the advanced features inside the app.

To unlock Advanced Features, you will need to:

  1. Open iShowU Instant
  2. Choose "purchase advanced features" from the iShowU Instant menu
  3. Use the coupon you received, to purchase at a 100% discount (because you've already paid for it!)

 

How to unlock Advanced Features using the coupon

  1. Start iShowU. Then go to the iShowU Instant menu and choose Purchase Advanced Features.
  2. Type in your email address and on the next screen confirm your location...
  3. Click on the 'Coupon' button, and enter in the coupon provided at the top of this email.
  4. Complete the Checkout. The iShowU Advanced Features will be unlocked and be immediately usable.
