If you used the beta version of iShowU Instant (before release) or any of the demo versions we released when developing the app then you may experience some issues when you update to the release version of iShowU Instant.
The easiest way to fix this is to delete your stored presets: open Finder, browse to your home folder, then Library, Application Support, iShowU Instant and deleted the file named presets (this will delete any custom presets you have made).
If you are still having issues, try deleting the recentrecordings file as well (this will delete the history of your recent recordings, but not the recordings themselves). If this doesn't help then contact shinywhitebox support.
