Recording a single window

New in iShowU V6 is the ability to record a single window.

Lets show an example. For this I'll record a GarageBand track.

Note: this functionality is pro mode only, as of May 2024

To record a single window:

1. Add a layer of type 'single window'
2. Choose the application you want to record. You can only record one app, per single window layer.  The app, however, can be on any display.
3. Position/size, within your canvas as required

Record!

Notice how only that applications audio is being recorded.

If I play audio from some other app, that apps audio is not part of the recording that is created.

Did you also notice, that even though I had a text document open, it wasn't recorded?  This makes single window recording super useful in cases where you've a script open that you're dictating at the time (like this one :)
