Camera backgrounds and masking in simple mode

Summary: Background & Masking available in v1.0.12

If you've seen other videos, or looked at pro mode, you might have seen the background and masking tools, which look like this:

With v1.0.12 of V6, some background/masking tools are available in simple mode as well!

Backgrounds & Masks in simple mode

1. Enable Remove Background, to the right of the camera dropdown. All background images + masking require this to be enabled. 
2. Use the Set Background... item to choose a picture to replace the background of the camera. You can preview this by clicking Show Preview & Layout at the bottom of the UI.
3. Use Set Mask to show some easy built in masks.

I've replaced my background with an image of a modern concrete house (see attachments). I've then used the pill mask to make the entire show more attractive.

Note: I didn't want to complicate simple mode, so there is only a subset of the functionality in pro mode - let me know what you think in the comments section below.
