How to record Skoove Virtual Piano

Introduction

iShowU Instant is easily able to record from from the Skoove Virtual Piano.

Because their piano is using a browser; it'll work with iShowU Instant without you really having to do anything at all. Lets go through an example:

What you'll need

To record the piano, you're going to need to have iShowU Instant or iShowU Studio installed. We'll be using iShowU Instant in this example.

Ensure that you have the 'iShowU Audio Capture' driver setup and working.   

Recording the Audio

With iShowU Instant; you've got a couple of options.

1. With Video: record both the piano's audio and also the piano itself
2. Just Audio: record only the audio from the piano

1. With Video

Select the area around the piano using the 'Select Area' button on the Video tab.

2. Just Audio

If you only want to record audio, go to the Video tab, and check the No vide, audio only option. That'll produce a movie file that contains only the audio track. 

Record your Playing!

Once you've made you choicee, the only thing you'll need to make sure of is that the Record application audio option is enabled:

Press the big red record button, and away you go!
